Order request · RFQ
Describe your requirement. We qualify the best offer.
This questionnaire gathers the information needed to verify availability, select an origin and prepare a consistent commercial offer.
Before you begin
- Pricing depends on grade, volume, origin, season and Incoterm.
- Availability and certifications are confirmed per lot.
- An LOI on company letterhead is required before any FCO.
- Payments use compliant international banking channels only.
Seasonality & special requirements
The right product, at the right time, from the right origin.
Availability, quality and pricing change with harvests, climate, processing capacity and port schedules. We match your requirement with the most realistic sourcing windows.
Origin calendars
We verify crop season, new or old crop, country availability and preparation lead times.

When a season closes in one origin, we assess compatible alternatives without compromising specifications.

Buyers, producers and cooperatives: practical answers
A transparent framework to understand our qualification process and prepare a strong partnership.
01How can a buyer receive an accurate offer?
The buyer completes the RFQ with product, grade, volume, packaging, port, Incoterm, timeline and preferred payment. An LOI on company letterhead is required before any FCO.
02Who can become a supply partner?
We review legally registered producers, cooperatives, processors, factories and exporters able to supply traceable products. The profile must state origin, capacity, quality, availability, pricing, Incoterm and legal documents.
03How are suppliers and lots selected?
We verify company identity, actual capacity, consistency, quality, traceability, documentation and fit with the buyer’s requirement. Qualification does not automatically guarantee an order.
04What volumes and packaging do you accept?
Volumes depend on the product and market. We consider trial lots, full containers and recurring programs. Packaging must meet the specifications agreed with the buyer.
05How are pricing and payments handled?
Pricing depends on quality, origin, volume, Incoterm and market conditions. All terms are formalized by contract and payments use compliant international banking channels only.
06How are quality and certifications confirmed?
Specifications are validated per lot. Depending on the transaction, we can coordinate samples, laboratory analysis and independent inspection. Certifications are confirmed for the selected origin, producer and lot.
07What happens after submitting an RFQ or supplier profile?
Our team reviews the information, requests missing documents and qualifies the requirement or offer. If the file is feasible and a compatible counterpart is identified, we confirm next steps, availability, pricing and documents.
