Enquiries and offers
Specify product, grade, volume, preferred origin, packaging, Incoterm, port and schedule. A company-letterhead LOI is required before any FCO. Company and compliance checks and additional documentation may be requested before an offer or transaction.
Price, quality and availability
Indicative prices and lead times require written confirmation. Stock, origins, grades, inspections and certifications are confirmed lot by lot. Website information does not reserve stock or guarantee a price or delivery.
Contract and shipment
The written agreement accepted by the parties determines specifications, quantities, currency, price, Incoterm and named place, timelines, documents and responsibilities. The signed contract prevails over general website information.
Payments and security
Payments use compliant banking channels only, under the agreed written terms. No payment to a personal account or in cryptocurrency is requested. Verify payment instructions and any change of bank details with hello@lesartisansdumonde.com before paying.
