Complete the RFQ with product, grade, volume, packaging, port, Incoterm and schedule. An LOI on company letterhead is required before any FCO.
Who can become a partner supplier?
Legally established producers, cooperatives, processors and exporters able to supply traceable products with origin, capacity, quality, pricing and legal documents.
How are lots selected?
We verify identity, actual capacity, consistency, quality, traceability and document compliance. Qualification does not automatically guarantee an order.
What volumes do you accept?
Trial lots, full containers and recurring programmes, depending on product and market.
How are prices and payments set?
According to quality, origin, volume, Incoterm and market. Terms are formalised by contract; payments only through compliant international banking channels.
How is quality confirmed?
Specifications validated for each lot; samples, analyses and independent inspection as agreed for the transaction.
What happens after I submit an RFQ?
Acknowledgement within 2 hours, assessment within 48 business hours, then availability, pricing and documents if a suitable counterpart is identified.
